Moroccan Cheese Dip

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped chutney
2 tablespoons chopped raisins
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon Nu-Salt®
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cumin
Dash ground red pepper

In bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and chill about an hour. Serve with assorted raw vegetables. Makes 4 1/2-cup servings.
