Oat Raisin Bars

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Nu-Salt®
1/2 cup unsalted margarine
1/4 cup firmly-packed light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon Sweet 'N Low granulated sugar substitute
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and Nu-Salt®. In another bowl with mixer, cream margarine, brown sugar and Sweet 'N Low; beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, oats and raisins. Press into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 20-25 minutes; cool.

Makes 32 1 x 2-inch bars.
